On March 9, 2026, at the Space at One Ayala, Makati, SpeedFrame constructed the structure for Jollibee Food Corporation’s Red Ribbon Bakeshop National Convention pop-up store.

This 12sqm prefab structure was built in just 2 days and installed on-site in just 8 hours, demonstrating the speed and efficiency of prefab construction.
